We believe that the consultation process is the most important part of our service. You have to know where you’re headed to know how to get there which is why we take the time to listen.
We don’t just want to know what you want; we want to understand what you need, what will make you smile and feel confident with your hair.
As professionals, we will direct your journey with realistic expectations. We will plan all services according to your timeframe, budget, and hair health as well as suggest a maintenance schedule and how to look after your hair at home. The integrity of your hair is important to us which is why we only use and recommend Ruutos professional hair products.

The EXperience
Once we have concluded your consultation and have recommended the appropriate products for you we will get to work and pamper your hair. Every stage of the process is thoughtfully executed with the aim of making your experience relaxing and enjoyable.

Services offered
Our plan starts like this:
Detangling which removes all knots and prepares hair for washing (finger detangling for medium to long hair. Brush detangling only used for short hair).
Hair is then washed in two phases:
a. clarified to remove all product build up and oil
b. cleansing of the hair and scalp
A moisture or protein treatment is then applied to deep condition the hair under the hair conditioning steamer for 20 minutes.
